Why being a harem MC might actually be the worst position to be in.

Let’s all be honest here gentlemen we’ve all dreamt about it. Women lusting for your attention, hungry for your body, thirsty for your love. It’s every otaku’s dream to have an anime type of harem. If you got tired of one you always have options, a variety of women to choose from. You can stick your boner to just one or to everyone. You be getting dem women like pokemon, You be farming them like rice, the dream of every otaku. But believe me, having a harem is not worth it, especially in real life because, in reality, you have women who have enough common sense and logic to not let you get away with your perverse acts whether it be accidentally or on purpose. But let’s not dive too deep in the reality aspect of having a harem, reality is boring instead let’s say that you magically got “isekai’d” to an anime world where things are far from realistic but even if you’re in the anime world you still have your problems and one of those is jealousy. In a harem you must at least make everyone happy of course you can always just love one just like our boi Kiritobut the victory of one is a loss for another and in your case, many will LOS. you’ll have guilt in your heart something that will leave an impression to you forever.

another problem is your studies. Yes, you may be in the anime world but school and education still exist you can never get away with it. You can’t just run around not knowing what Y+Y is. You must always have time for your studies ALWAYS but the thing is that you can and will always be interrupted whether it be in the comfort of your own home or in school, Oh and let’s not forget homework, the biggest enemy of every student and fun fact the Japanese education system requires a lot of written works in every subject, not including physical education, but you can always copy other’s homework right? WRONG it WRONG a big fat, juicy WRONG. Teachers are instructed to “Discipline” those who copy others homework and those who let others copy their homework. So good luck to that sucka.

And last but not least, the biggest problem of every harem MC. Love. In every harem, there’s always that special someone. A someone that makes your heart skip a beat every time you see her. The best girl in your life. But here’s the kickers you can’t just confess to her and expect a happy ending that’s simply not how it works. Let’s take Rito from To Love Ru.

“The story of To Love-Ru revolves around Rito Yūki, a shy and clumsy high-school student who cannot confess his love to the girl of his dreams, Haruna Sairenji. One day when sulking in the bathtub, a mysterious, naked devil-tailed girl appears out of nowhere. Her name is Lala, the runaway crown princess of the planet Deviluke. Her father wants her to return home to marry one of her marriage candidates. When Devilukean commander Zastin arrives to bring her home, she swiftly declares she will marry Rito in order to stay on Earth, leading Zastin to attack Rito. But when Rito angrily declares that marriage is only possible with the person you love, the two dull-witted aliens misunderstand him, believing he truly understands Lala’s feelings. Lala quickly falls in love with him, and Zastin also approves of their engagement, much to Rito’s dismay. While Zastin reports his support for the pair to Lala’s father, the King of Deviluke and much of the known universe, Rito reluctantly helps Lala transition to life on Earth, while gradually befriending his dream girl, Haruna, along with a colorful cast of other girls, both humans, and aliens. In the meantime, Rito must also fight off Lala’s antagonistic alien suitors, one of whom sends the alien assassin Golden Darkness (also known as Yami) to kill him.
The story continues into Love-Ru Darkness, which focuses on Lala’s little sister, Momo. The twin sisters, Nana and Momo, have since come to live with Lala in Rito’s house. While Rito remains indecisive between his longtime crush on Haruna and his growing affection for Lala, Momo has also fallen in love with Rito. But not wanting to steal Rito away from her sister, Momo instead plots to build a harem of girls around Rito, hoping that if Rito marries Lala and becomes king of Deviluke, he can legally marry every girl who is in love with him, including Momo herself. While Momo works in the background and plays matchmaker with Rito, a plethora of beautiful girls gradually enter Rito’s life and warm up to his kindness, including Golden Darkness, who has since lived peacefully on Earth but struggles to escape her dark past. Thus, Rito’s otherworldly love troubles continue on forever.”

As you have read Rito didn’t ask for a harem nor did he ever wanted one, he loves one girl and one girl only but because of unimaginable circumstances he ended up having one. He’s stuck in a bit of love and unbearable guilt. It will come to that moment that he either has to marry them all and keep his harem or turn all of them down and stick to his one and only true love. I don’t want to be Rito no matter how intimidating it is.

So if ever you’re desiring for a harem or planning to build your own thing again because remember in love 1 is enough, 2 is too much. You know having a harem is a lot like communism at first it sounds really good but when you actually had one your life becomes the living embodiment of hell.

Which girl will win in Kanojo okarishimasu? Kanojo Okarishimasu or Rental Girlfriend in English is one the most popular harem show as of now, replacing the glory of its predecessors namely Quintessential Quintuplets and We never learn! It’s in the spotlight right now and is argued as one of the best shows of the summer of 2020 and there are very good reasons for that mainly it’s because of the bold depiction of the modern young man in the form of Kazuya Kinoshita and the struggles of change and development from being a spineless, wretched, cum stain of a character to a responsible, confident man. It’s amazing how this anime can touch so many people on a deep level, how they can relate to the struggles of our main character Kazuya Kinoshita and his struggles to find true love and well…. There’s a lot of women that are worthy of that love, in fact, there are 4 of them and before you know it, that’s where the problem starts. You see Kanojo Okarishimasu is a part of the Harem genr...

Why Isekai is the worst genre as of this day.

Before we get to the talk about why Isekai is sooooo bad as of today I think that we must have a little knowledge about Isekai itself. Isekai is a subgenre in anime that’s all about a certain person getting transported, reincarnated, delivered, etc…In a fantasy/another world. So basically Isekai has been around ever since the first years of anime the time when anime is still practicing its first steps. One good example is Rayearth (1997) Magic Knight Rayearth focuses on three eighth-grade girls: the tomboyish, headstrong but short Hikaru Shidou (獅堂 光 Shidō Hikaru); the quick-tempered and no-nonsense only child Umi Ryuuzaki (龍咲 海 Ryūzaki Umi); and the intelligent and ladylike Fuu Hououji (鳳凰寺 風 Hōōji Fū). While on a field trip to the Tokyo Tower with their respective schools, the girls find themselves drawn into another world, Cephiro. There they learn that Cephiro is influenced by one’s will and that the Pillar maintains Cephiro through prayer. The girls are then tasked with rescu...

Does bad Anime exist?

As I was watching Mahou Shoujo site which is undeniably the edgiest show of 2018, i came to a deep state of melancholy subsequently asking myself the question “What if the show isn’t made to be taken seriously?” and I think that it’s somewhat right, at the start of episode 1 we’re introduced to Aya Asagiri (whom I think isn’t a character at all, she’s more like a robot.) whom was bullied, domestically abused, physically harmed, psychologically stressed and was nearly raped by her senior, she basically walks this land just to suffer and nothing else. People who have depression and anxiety mostly have very deep reasons because of it but in Aya’s case she’s depressed and in an everyday case of sodomy happens simply because the script demands it, she has basically nothing to live for, no dreams, no ambitions literally ZERO and on the later events of episode 1 we see that she’s 2 steps away from ending it all, she took 1 step but suddenly backs off and starts crying because she real...
